A Public Notice and Letter of Demand was issued today to Ban-Ki Moon, U.N. Secretary-General, calling on him to fulfill his Oath of Office by barring three convicted criminal states from membership in the General Assembly. Those states are Canada, the United Kingdom and the Vatican – “Holy See”.
The Demand was submitted to the UN Secretariat by a delegation from the International Tribunal of Crimes of Church and State (ITCCS) and its North American Field Secretary Kevin Annett.

Along with the Letter, which requires a response from Ban-Ki Moon within thirty days, the delegation presented to his office a copy of its recently-published report on Genocide in Canada entitled “Murder by Decree”, which contains incontrovertible evidence of the genocidal acts and intents of these states towards indigenous people in Canada.
Kevin Annett, interviewed outside the United Nations today, stated,
“I would be surprised if the Secretary-General refused to reply, considering the diplomatic nature of the Demand Letter and the public and legal perception that his lack of a reply would generate that he is colluding with the criminal states in question”.

On the Thirty First Day of March, 2016
Dear Mr. Secretary-General,
BE ADVISED that according to our investigations and the lawful proceedings and verdict of our affiliate, the International Common Law Court of Justice, the United Nations member and observer status states of CANADA, the UNITED KINGDOM and the HOLY SEE and their fiduciary officers have been duly convicted and found guilty of planning, perpetrating and concealing Crimes against Humanity and a Criminal Conspiracy against the indigenous nations of Canada and the children of the world, including the death of more than 60,000 native children;
AND BE FURTHER ADVISED that the crimes of these three bodies corporate and their fiduciary officers, including the planned genocide of indigenous nations and the organized trafficking, torture and murder of children, are continuing today;
AND BE FURTHER ADVISED that accordingly, these three bodies corporate constitute transnational criminal organizations under international law, and specifically according to the United Nations Convention on Transnational Criminal Organizations (2000), and therefore as rogue terrorist states may not lawfully retain their status as either full or observer status members of the United Nations in any capacity whatsoever, and must be expelled from the U.N. General Assembly and all of its bodies.
THEREFORE, Mr. Secretary-General, LET IT BE KNOWN BY THIS DIPLOMATIC LETTER OF DEMAND AND PUBLIC NOTICE that we, the Executive Council of the International Tribunal of Crimes of Church and State and our affiliates in thirteen nations require that you fulfill your Oath of Office and public duty by instituting immediate expulsion proceedings against CANADA, the UNITED KINGDOM and the HOLY SEE (Vatican) and their associated bodies, as proven and convicted criminal organizations.
AND THEREFORE LET IT BE FURTHER KNOWN that as of this day we place you, BAN-KI MOON, on public notice that if you fail to initiate such expulsion procedures against these three criminal states our Tribunal will consider and declare you to be aiding and abetting the crimes and obstruction of justice of those states. In that eventuality, we will work through our affiliates at the United Nations to publicly censure and expel you from your office as an accessory to Crimes against Humanity.
IN WITNESS TO and as an accompaniment to this DEMAND AN NOTICE, we are formally presenting to you as of this day, March 31, 2016, a summary of the evidence of the crimes of the said states of CANADA, the UNITED KINGDOM and the HOLY SEE / VATICAN in the form of our just-released publication ‘Murder by Decree: The Crime of Genocide in Canada”, which is an exhaustive summary of these crimes and the lawful conviction of the said criminal states through the verdict of the International Common Law Court of Justice dated February 25, 2013. The International Tribunal for the Disappeared of Canada (ITDC) will be established under the law of nations as an investigative legal body with the power to subpoena and prosecute. Its creation is necessitated, according to its mandate, “because of the inability of the Canadian government or its courts to neutrally and effectively investigate crimes in which they are complicit”.

It was fitting that when I read tonight of the new Liberal government’s grandstanding announcement of yet another “inquiry” into missing aboriginal women I was standing across from the Georgia hotel in downtown Vancouver. Native prostitutes go into the Georgia all the time and are never seen again, since it’s also a private club for the Vancouver police and senior judges. But most people don’t savvy the connection, any more than they understand government “inquiries” for what they really are.
Hot on the heels of the immense camouflage called the Truth and Reconciliation Commission (TRC), the diminutive Prime Minister Trudeau the Lesser has launched his own smoke and mirrors effort, equipped with all the right phrases. This one is aimed, not surprisingly, at that other genocide that’s giving Canada such a bad name and damaging its global credit and tourism rating: namely, the restrictively labeled “missing aboriginal women” matter. And as a neophyte who still looks like he doesn’t need to shave, wee Justin Trudeau has got to make this latest farce look convincing.
Of course, behind the political imperative of a new facelift for the nation is the reality that, like all “official investigations” emanating from Ottawa, this “Missing Women’s Inquiry” will have no teeth and no balls, nor the legal power to do anything besides make flaccid “recommendations”. Did somebody say TRC, Part Two?
I used to spend my days trying to convince people to do what should come naturally to them. And when they wouldn’t do it, I figured it was up to me to. But that didn’t work either. I suppose this repeat failure is all because of The One Who isn’t Worth the Trouble, since God forbid that any of us take the blame for what is happening under our very noses.
Normally, nothing should make an issue clearer than the merciless descent of a sharp ceremonial blade into the entrails of a four year old, and the splattering of her blood to the four directions. But things are hardly normal anymore, if indeed they ever were. Even if the gore wasn’t carefully washed away and the remains of the latest innocent secretly shoved under the ground, the paradox would remain. Not even the daily, accurate news coverage of the slaughter or the arrest of the killers would resolve the mystery, which lies like a tumor at the heart of who we are.
Standing arrest warrant against Jorge Bergoglio is delivered to US State Department by Interpol office in Brussels – A similar warrant compelled the resignation of Pope Benedict

On the verge of the arrival to the United States of Pope Francis, Jorge Bergoglio, the American government has received from Interpol a copy of an outstanding arrest warrant against Bergoglio issued by the International Common Law Court of Justice (ICLCJ) on July 18, 2014. On that date, Bergoglio was found guilty as charged by the Court on two counts of committing and aiding or abetting crimes against humanity, including the trafficking of children, and sentenced in absentia to twenty five years imprisonment.
According to a source in Interpol, a copy of the arrest warrant was delivered to the US State Department by special courier on Friday, September 18, along with a formal request to the American government to comply with the terms of the arrest warrant and detain the named offender, Jorge Bergoglio.
The issuing of a similar warrant by a European government to the Vatican in early February, 2013 compelled the sudden resignation of former Pope Benedict, who was similarly convicted by the ICLCJ that same month.
Pope Francis – Bergoglio already faces protests and disruptions of his five day American tour following his controversial decision to “canonize” a genocidal catholic missionary and attend a Philadelphia gathering reputedly linked to an in-house catholic child trafficking network. “These controversies will make it difficult for the Obama government to simply ignore the Interpol notice and standing arrest warrant” commented Kevin Annett today from New York City, where he and an ITCCS delegation are meeting with United Nations officials regarding Bergoglio’s visit.

A planned disruption of a notorious child trafficking event in Philadelphia on September 26 has forced Jorge Bergoglio, “Pope Francis”, to cut short his upcoming “diplomatic visit” to the United States, according to sources in the Vatican.
Local child abuse survivors and a special ITCCS team have targeted the “World Meeting of Families” event in Philadelphia for disruption after it was learned that the event will be a cover for a secret gathering of prominent child traffickers associated with the catholic Opus Dei and Knights of Columbus groups. These traffickers include at least one Cardinal and several Bishops associated with Pope Francis’ retinue.
The ITCCS and its American affiliates will be conducting public protests and spiritual convergences in Washington DC, New York City and Philadelphia between September 23 – 27, 2015 during the visit of Pope Francis, Jorge Bergoglio, to the USA.
